Synopsis
Romona convinces her music-promoter boss (EXISTENZ’s Gerry Quigley) that she can retrieve Children of Paradise, a wayward rock band that has disappeared mid-tour. There’s only one problem: she doesn’t know how to drive. Armed with only a Walkman and the clothes on her back, she hits the road, and with the help of a motley gang of weirdos — including but not limited to a serial killer poised for stardom (Don McKellar) — she hopes to mount the biggest comeback in rock ‘n’ roll. A joyride from Canadian cult renegade Bruce McDonald (PONTYPOOL) featuring a soundtrack of the Ramones, Cowboy Junkies, and more. Newly restored.
