Synopsis

In this charming musical comedy featuring songs by George and Ira Gershwin, Audrey Hepburn plays a Greenwich Village bookstore clerk who is discovered by a sophisticated fashion photographer and whisked away to Paris to model on the haute couture circuit. Richard Avedon staged the photo sequences, Givenchy provided the clothing, and Stanley Donen and Astaire choreographed the dance numbers, so you know it’s top shelf.
