Synopsis
Barbara Stanwyck plays a nationally popular newspaper columnist whose image is that of the perfect suburban wife and mother, when in fact she is a single workaholic who lives in a New York apartment. When her publisher contrives a scheme to have her host a returning war hero she has to scramble to assemble a perfect home and family.
